My mom said that she was so sick of putting up with the traditional ways of banking. She wanted me to show her internet banks online so she can open an account on one right away. I asked my mom if she was sure about her decision. I knew her to be in bad terms with technology sometimes. If she doesn’t know how to figure it out, she will leave it all by itself.

She responded to my question by saying that she was willing to learn as long as she doesn’t have to do the traditional method anymore. She said she was sick of cranky tellers and employees at the bank. She had a feeling those people are taking advantage of the fact that most people do internet banking now. They don’t have to be as accommodating to clients anymore. After hearing what my mom had to say, I showed her lists of internet banks right away.
